DJ's Better Body is a safe and effective program designed to meet the needs of adults aged 40 and up. Training only once per week, along with an active lifestyle and sensible diet, is all that is required.
The program's five phases are:
- Joint Integrity: addressing joint, ligament and tendon health
- Core: abdomen and lower back exercise, including spinal alignment
- Conditioning: dynamic exercise designed to improve vascular health
- Strength: improving overall muscular strength and bone density
- Flexibility: improving range of motion and flexibility with specific after workout stretching
